Paddling beginner

The staff will gladly give you a brief introduction.Prepare at home, read up on how it is done.
Take it easy and the first time maybe do not go into the whole lake system, but try it first in the bay where to put in the canoes. Practice some paddling technique. Load and step into the canoe. Then there are two beaches when you get out on Surtesjön where it is appropriate to make a stop to try how to get onto land. 

Instructors are available to limited extend and after agreement. 

Every summer we have a few try it out opportunities.
