Booking of canoe happens via\u00a0Book now<\/span> here in the upper ledge or the booking button on the start page.
\nYou pay immediately upon booking.<\/span>\u00a0
\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Before you book, it is good if you read how it works below. Read <\/span>about our canoes, equipment and our booking and cancellation rules under each respective menu tab.\u00a0
\nNOTE! <\/strong>What is purchased or rented on site, is paid by card or Swish.
\nWe do not accept cash.<\/span><\/p><\/h5><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Booking alternatives<\/h4><\/div><\/div><\/div>

You can choose from:
\nFull day (< 9 h), half day (< 3 h), 1 day, 2 days, and 3 days.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

It is most common to rent for one day.
\n<\/span><\/span>For daytime rental, the actual renting time may be shorter than 9 h, depending on the time of pickup.
\nFor example, if the pickup occurs at 3pm during the weekend, the rental time will be 4 h since we close at 7 pm.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Consider that we are closed for lunch<\/strong>, then it will not be possible to collect or return canoes.

Choices made in the booking system:<\/p>\n

-Canoe size (canoe length 495 or 525XL)
\n-Number of canoes (not related to the number of people)\u00a0
\n-Length of rental (full day, 3 hours, 1 day=24 hours, 2 days, 3 days)
\n-Start date
\n-Start time
\n-Number of canoes (select again for price level; not based on the number of people)

\nNext, you come to contact details and payment.<\/p>\n

Booking for schools<\/span><\/span>,<\/span><\/span>businesses<\/span><\/span>,<\/span><\/span>associations and groups within <\/span><\/span>the Swedish Outdoor Association see<\/a> menu Groups.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/div>

At your booking's pickup time<\/h4><\/div><\/div><\/div>
Check in with the staff in V\u00e4ttlestugan. We will help you as soon as possible. Sometimes when a lot of people arrive at the same time there is bit of a wait.<\/span><\/span><\/div>

Pickup of what you have rented.\n<\/h4><\/div><\/div><\/div>

You assist with retrieving your canoe from its place and put it on a canoe cart. Then you are handed paddles, life jackets and anything else you might have booked, like an extra seat.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

If you need anything additional, that has not been booked, it can be added on site.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

If you have not rented canoes here previously you can ask the staff for a description of a recommended route. You can also, if needed, get a brief paddling instruction. You check everything you have collected and sign off that all material has been received.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

You are now ready to take off. Roll the canoe to the loading place.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>

Return of what you have rented.<\/h4><\/div><\/div><\/div>

When you return you need to arrive half an hour before the handing-in time.<\/strong> The canoe must be washed and put back in its right place. Other equipment is checked to see that it is undamaged and that the amount is correct.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

If there is any damage to the canoe or equipment, or if anything is missing upon return, you are liable for compensation.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
